Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Leads test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.
Approves the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
Audits testing tools and processes for use in projects, and directs the selection of testing tools and approaches.
Designs and develops target goals for data quality improvement and optimal approaches for resolving data quality issues to achieve targets.
Liaises with business leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of IT quality issues.
Presents metrics to demonstrate the impact implemented IT changes have made to the organization.
Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.
Educational Requirements: University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience: 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
