Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech,Any Undergraduate/Postgraduate
Total years of experience: 5 to 10 years
Manual QA
Minimum of 4+ years of quality assurance manual testing, planning, estimating, and executing testing for large, complex multi-tier applications.
Experience in JIRA/Azure Dev Ops/Rally/QC-ALM or equivalent tools for Test Case Management and Defect Management.
Experienced in Agile and scrum methodologies and knowledge of agile tools
Experience creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, resource plans, capacity plans, test schedules, and other quality assurance work products.
Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, software testing best practices, and quality metrics.
Familiarity with performance and manual testing tools.
Must possess a team player attitude.
Detail-oriented with an emphasis on delivering accurate, high-quality assignments and projects.
Organized and capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, people skills, negotiation, coordination, planning, presentation skills, facilitation skills.
Familiarity with the BDD approach and Exploratory testing.
Experience in Insurance Domain.
