We are looking for a QA Tester with 5+ years of testing experience to assess software quality through manual and automated testing.
• Review and analyse system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues/bugs.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
• We are looking for a Test Engineer/QA with 5+ years of experience in Testing domain.
• Exposure to Test Environment, Preparing Test Bench setup and analysing requirements.
• Strong logical analytical skills to understand complex business requirements.
• Experience in ETL Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing.
• Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter/LoadRunner.
• Testing Lifecycle Management, Issue Tracking using popular tools like JTrac/Bugzilla etc.
• Experience in Test cases, Test Script and Test Plan preparation
Educational Qualifications
• BE/BTech/MCA from reputed institution/university
Certifications (added advantage)

• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle complex assignment independently
• Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
• Ability to interact with client (senior government officials)
