Role and Responsibilities:
Senior Expert Test Automation UI and API Test Automation Design, develop, debug and maintain test automation.
We are looking for Senior Automation Developers (5+ years) who have good experience in both Automation and Manual testing of enterprise products, preferably in a micro service architecture-based solution.
The candidate should be self-motivated, have good verbal and written communication skills and be a strong team player.
The candidate is expected to understand the requirements of the product, design of the software and design relevant test scenarios, test cases – manual as well as automated.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 6 to 8 years of automation testing experience in writing test automation scripts for web and
back-end applications using selenium, cucumber tools and should be able to create frameworks from scratch
Create and execute test cases/scenarios for functional/non-functional tests, integration tests,
performance tests, smoke/sanity tests, API tests etc
Good programming experience using Shell script, Python, Java, Sql, Postgres etc
Experience working on Linux, AIX, Windows operating systems and Dockers, Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms
Experience working with CI/CD processes, Agile, DevOps methodologies and tools such as RTC, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc
Creating and updating all test related documents, release notes, user guides etc
Adhering to defect management process, generating, and sharing comprehensive test reports
Experience with multiple cloud services including IBM Cloud, Google, AWS, Azure etc
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix etc
Ability to work independently, Adaptability to work with bigger teams in a global environment
Candidate should be a self-motivated, self-driven, detail oriented, responsible team player with strong work ethics
Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
