• 10+ years of experience with Quality related certifications like CSTE , ISTQB , Agile etc.
• A strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping the QA processes and strategy
• 5+ years of QA Management experience across multiple programs, projects in large organizations.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of Agile (testing) methodology and ability to apply them to projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Proven knowledge of risk Management, risk identification and risk based Testing.
• Broad conceptual understanding of technology, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of testing tools and practices.
• Sound knowledge of Defect Management Process and handling its different phases
• Demonstrate the capacity to recognize, value and respect differences across a diverse workforce.
• working experience of all phases of SDLC, in Agile, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
• Strong project and time management skills

Desirable knowledge and skills:
• Hands-on experience on Selenium, Postman / SOAP UI; automated testing tools and techniques
• Detailed practical experience of the use of JIRA/ALM/Equivalent test management tool
• Basic knowledge of SQL Developer and Macros
• Exposure to global client and understanding of global work culture
• Experience in a service delivery center context.
