The ICE MT is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who has experience in the software testing, test automation (UFT, Java-based frameworks), and preferably experience in the US Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, self-motivated, and adept in a fast-paced environment. This role involves collaboration with project and product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders for delivering a world-class compliance solution.
Responsibilities:
Ability to blend analytical/technical skills to test functionality.
Collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Design/execute/validate complex scenarios and test cases.
Plans, design and build complex data driven automation to support new builds and code release.
Produce clear automated reports on test execution results and coverage.

Contribute to demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvements.
Diagnose problems, report bugs, and follow up on open tasks.
Participate in code reviews, recommend improvements in testability.
Document detailed defect reports, including steps to recreate.
Knowledge and Experience
Computer Science Degree or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in software development, QA, and Automation (Java).
Strong knowledge of Java programming language, Selenium, Restful APIs.
Proficient in GitHub, TestNG, Maven, Postman, and Jenkins.
Experience with JIRA for Agile Development, Defect Management, and Test Case Management.
Automation expertise in frameworks, backend API, and UI.
In-depth experience with Agile methodology and Scrum.
Familiarity with relational databases and intermediate SQL.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
Team player with strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
Previous experience with Lending companies; knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus
