Manage day-to-day performance test operations.
Provide Assessment/Testing Support in the following:
Test tool usage and support
Script Troubleshooting & Design
Test Execution
Results Analysis
Detailed Test Analysis
Reporting
Profiling
Proficient in Performance Engineering of .Net applications
Develop and explore new performance engineering approaches and technologies, POC each topic and present the findings and recommendations to the community
Involved in Capacity Planning of multiple products
Monitor system performance with Dynatrace/AppDynamics
Promote and present initiatives to team an organization
Assist in setting up operational standards and procedures
Provide testing and tuning for applications and infrastructure, physical to virtual
Assist in test planning and documentation
Assist in driving improvements for the best customer experiences
Possess flexibility for testing multiple applications as necessary
Prepare and communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information for appropriate parties and stakeholders
Work to achieve performance levels as defined in customer SLA's
Must have Skills:
Test Tools: Expert level experience in JMeter, LoadRunner and Performance Centre
Experience in scripting using Web-HTTP/HTML, RDP, Java, Rest API, Micro Services, and Mobile protocols
APM Tools: Dyna Trace/ App Dynamics
Profiling tools: .Net Profilers (Dot trace)/Ants profiler, SQL Profiler
Monitoring Analysis and Reporting: SPLUNK/Sumo logic (high level understanding necessary to have)
Database: Good SQL tuning experience using SQL profiler, SQL concepts, understanding of DMV queries
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education
Overall 7+ years of working experience
2+ years of experience in Performance Engineering
JMeter, LoadRunner, Performance Center
