Mandatory Skills:
- Candidate should have work experience of capital markets related to the depository side preferable candidates who have worked at DP (Depository Participant) end
- Candidate should have experience of working on SQL
- Must be customer focused, collaborative, eager to learn and passionate about delivering business value in a timely manner
- Strong background knowledge and hands-on experience on manual testing concepts, test case design techniques, SDLC models, Defect life cycle, etc
- Expert in test data generation as per the required test environment
- Should have been involved in end-to-end testing lifecycle
- Analyzing and performing root cause analysis regarding the issues found and discussing them with the Software developers
- Should have exposure of API testing & Database testing will be added advantage
Personality Skills:
- Should have good communication skills and have prior experience in participating in teleconferences with clients or any other stakeholders
- Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving attitude
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Acknowledging potential Risks/Issues and highlighting them to appropriate stakeholders in correct forums & on timely basis
- Estimate, Prioritize & Plan the work activities for self
- Complete Ownership of assigned activities Finance background, Good to have cap market certifications
Responsibilities:
Your direct responsibilities will include:
- QA Task assigned by the client OR Zensoft lead
- Complete delivery ownership of the assigned task
- Follow the QA processes like – Estimation, Reviews, Scripting Standards, Reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) For Role:
- Functional Coverage to be 100% if involved in Manual testing
- Manual coverage to be 100% of eligible scenarios
- Develop & Execute scenarios that is required to be tested
- provide detail reasoning of not applicable scenarios in case applicable
- get these documented & approved by clients
- Quality of deliverables
- Requirement traceability along with the supporting execution coverage report.
- Effectiveness of Deliverables o Timely completion of the assigned work
- Proactive participation in all the project related activities
- Effective Communication o Status reporting; Timesheets; Participation in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up calls; highlight Risk, Issues, clarifications to appropriate stakeholders
