Job Responsibilities:
Setting up the test benches, UAV Systems, Payload configurations etc. Performs Software Grey box testing for GCS features for one or more type of Drones.
Responsible for testing of the entire software system against the relevant baseline set of software system requirements, including non-functional requirements
Applies specifications, user guides, use cases, comparable products, and previous known bugs to create and maintain test plans, test designs, and test cases.
Identifies software issues and transfers problem issues into the issue tracking system with supporting log files and data.
Records, processes, and analyses data with PC based tools and test instrumentation.
Documents testing and creates test reports. Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining test documentation (Jira & Confluence)

Education & Training
Bachelors in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field
Experience
2-5 years of experience in system and Software testing of UI Application software like UAV GCS(Ground Control System) And/Or Automotive Infotainment system.
Sanity, smoke, and regression testing on full test bench as well as Actual UAV System/Car Infotainment system.
Skills
Strong experience in Testing of complete UI Application Software.
Manual and Automated Test script definition and execution
Good to have programming experience in languages like Python
Excellent Communication, Team work and Customer Interfacing skills
Experience in UI Automation test tool like Squish is a big plus.
