Job Responsibilities:
Good understanding and experience of infotainment tests
Good understanding of Infotainment System and Domains like Power Modes, Connectivity, Tuner,Media, Projections , Voice Recognition and Complete System Test knowledge (both HMI and Functional).
Good Understanding of CAN , Vehicle Interfaces , V2X, ADAS features
Understand the Architecture of Software and Hardware.
Understanding of Infotainment Features.
Finding defects on system level through Exploratory and Regression Testing.
Complete Ownership of Test script preparation and Automation of tests using Python
Detailed analysis of reported problems, Bug analysis, Bug verification and tracking. Perform reviews and other activities to ensure high-quality results.
Basic Qualifications:
Min 5+ years of experience of System Test in Automotive Infotainment or Cluster Domain
Good to have knowledge in Python and Automation of test cases
Knowledge on Testing Quality standards
Good English Skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
Has ability to quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.
Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree / Masters’s Degree in Engineering,
Have Proven Testing Skills
Python Script Knowledge
Quick learner of System and Architecture
ISTQB certification (Basic or Advanced)
Other:
Exposure to Test Automation with Python scripting language
Understanding of Android OS
Understanding of IBM ALM tool chain
Knowledge in Automotive Spice
Has to be fluent in the English language both verbal as in writing.
