Your Profile:
B.E/B.Tech with 5+ years of experience in Sodtware Testing.
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
Knowledge about web servers Apache, IIS etc.
Knowledge in Installation and Configuration of OS & Office Tools.
Knowledge in ITIL processes and Ticketing tools in general.
