Leading and mentoring the QA team. Ensure QA quality and standardize QA automation framework for entire organization.
Planning the test activities, including resource allocation and scheduling.
Providing guidance on testing methodologies and best practices to QA Engineers
Reviewing test case design and oversee execution to ensure thorough coverage.
Participating in requirement reviews and contribute to overall product quality discussions.
Ensuring the testing artifacts are upto date and accessible to team members.
Monitoring, tracking and prioritizing defects using QTest, Jira, Gitlab & Webdriver.io
Coordinating with the team to execute both automated and manual tests.
Generating and share detailed test reports to communicate test results, status and any identified issues.
Using Jira to manage defects raised by testers, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Working with business and ensure user acceptance criteria testing has no roadblocks for timely completion.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of work experience
Experience in leading a QA team in enterprise environment
Hands on experience using tools like GitLab, webdirver.io, qTest and Jira
Hands on experience with automating test case execution, tracking and reporting
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience using AWS and other public cloud providers like Azure, GCP & OCI
Experience with setting up CICD pipelines with GitLab
