Responsibilities:
Build strategies to scale up(grow vertical) the automated test beds across the range of platforms supported
Build the team culture around always providing cost effective solutions and efficient methodologies
Create test plans based on requirements and execute test plan reviews.
Investigate test results in continuous integration systems.
Experience required
14+ years of overall experience in wireless field
5+ years of experience in setting up and managing 5-10 members team and delivered the results
Proficient in resource management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project or similar.
Possess a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Communicate well and work well in a small cross-functional team
We consider the following experience as a plus
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Experience testing or developing embedded SW products
Knowledge of version control systems, such as git.
Knowledge in programming languages such as C++ or Java, as well as scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Tcl Expect
Data communications and networking.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum of Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
