Develop strategies, plans and other project associated documents
Liaise with project partners to maintain a healthy relationship and resolve any issues/ conflicts/ negotiations amicably
Develop/guide to maintain resourcing needs for testing assignments.
Maintain adequate test standards and correct any anomalies / improvements observed coordinating with peers / management
Design test scenarios, test scripts and implement tests when need arises to support delivery
Support team development by exploring tools and techniques which can improve daily work.
Author Test Cases, support test case review meetings and implement them as per project schedule
Ability to frame basic to intermediate SQL queries
Participate actively in all project and organizational ceremonies
Adhere to internal policies and norms to ensure compliance
Essential for the role
7+ years hands-on experience with Functional Testing Concepts with:
Good understanding of Testing lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to own problems and propose realistic, meaningful solutions
Proven track record to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Confidently communicate and interpersonal skills to effectively engage SQA staff, senior partners, in urgent / critical situations
Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phases.
Experience with capacity management, SQA service management, SQA service and operational metrics
Experience in Agile and with agile teams using methodologies such as SCRUM
Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Automated Testing Tools
Working knowledge of GxP and Validation principles
Excellent Analytical and Logical Thinking
Excellent communication skills
Desirable for the role:
Experience with Selenium is a plus
Experience in Salesforce CRM or Veeva CRM is a plus
Good commercial awareness and understanding of the external market
Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
Testing Experience in Cloud-Based Environments (Risk-Based)
Testing & Scrum Certification
Experience in Life Sciences is a plus
