7 to 9 years of experience in Performance Testing and exposure to different Performance Testing tools and frameworks
Excellent skills in Performance Testing using JMeter (minimum 2+ years of experience in JMeter); Should be an expert in Scripting, Test execution, Report Generation and Analysis using the JMeter tool
Should have experience in Elastic APM, Kibana, JProfiler and Perfmon.
Hands-on experience of developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analysing results and reporting performance bottlenecks
Ability to work independently on project performance testing with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge on 3-tier architecture, Application and DB layer for good understanding of test environment
Experience in setting up the performance test environment, performance testing strategy, Workload Model creation etc
Expertise in analysing system logs and performance test results, application performance
Good experience with monitoring tool Dynatrace AppMon or OneAgent
Knowledge of Performance tuning
What you will be doing:
Interact with SMEs & Business to gather PT/PE requirements
Identifying tools and techniques to improve testing quality and efficiency
Develop performance Test plan, test scripting and conduct technical reviews
Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
Plans, coordinates and manages a project's overall Performance testing approach, tool capabilities and strategy
Raise issues or concerns to the stakeholders upfront and if required come up with mitigation plan
Collect all metrics (Client Side, Server Side, DB, Network and Load Balancer) and analyze the performance metrics and bottlenecks to suggest corrective actions
Design and create benchmark scenarios and prepare performance benchmark documents
Prepare test summary reports for management review
