Represent Quality Engineering for the Online Cloud solutions.
Partner with Online Cloud development team to validate products and features aligned to the Online Cloud roadmap using agreed technologies and tooling, working closely with other Cloud Tech Leads, Software Architects, and other QA Engineers.
Take accountability for quality of the code and the effectiveness of the solution in production.
Develop functional automation that leverages our knowledge of the Online Cloud ecosystem.
Build advanced technical test cases that emphasize quality through automation and Continuous Integration.
Adhere to quality assurance principles and testing strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Plan and oversee the creation of quality automation testing strategies for the validation of functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare quality metrics and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing testing data points.
Evaluate and implement quality frameworks to enable faster validation/delivery of solutions.
Build strategic plans and quality roadmaps.
Lead continuous integration efforts to increase test frequency.
Actively participate with the Online Cloud Team using an agile approach.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional technology teams using the Agile/SCRUM methodology.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement to enable process and team maturity improvement.
Communicate progress of test automation to leadership, including test automation metrics and the benefits delivered.
Participate in quality assurance to ensure products are fit for purpose, meet regulation, and are performant.
What You Will Bring
5+ years’ QA and test automation experience, including planning, framework design, script development and maintenance.
A passion for quality engineering, high standards and cross-team collaborations.
Experience of using a test driven approach to software engineering.
Experience leading the testing of complex systems.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration, including one of the following build/deploy/version control tools: Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket/GitHub, OR Maven.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Webservices and OOP concepts.
Up to date knowledge of new technologies and techniques
Experience of automated tests, builds and deployment
Excellent communication and English language skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams based in US, Lithuania and UK
