We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in testing ecommerce applications, with a specific focus on Salesforce Cloud environments would be a plus. As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ecommerce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manual Testing:
Conduct comprehensive manual testing of ecommerce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and execute detailed test cases based on project requirements.
Ecommerce Testing:
Thoroughly understand ecommerce workflows and functionalities.
Verify the accuracy and functionality of online shopping carts, payment gateways, and order processing systems.
Salesforce cloud knowledge would be an added advantage
Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and functionalities.
Test Planning and Documentation:
Create detailed test plans and test documentation.
Document and communicate defects with clarity, providing necessary details for resolution.
Performance Testing:
Collaborate in the planning and execution of performance testing activities.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the ecommerce system.
Experience:
7+ years of proven experience in manual testing.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and order fulfillment systems.
Salesforce testing methodologies would be a plus
Communication:
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate testing strategies and findings.
Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to create comprehensive test cases.
Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Adaptability:
