Responsibilities:
Test: work closely with partners within our product development team to antagonistically test Crediwatch software and identify issues with new products and features
Build: ensure products are high-quality by developing, maintaining and executing tests, and communicating with the team execution reports, issues, risk, and product quality
Problem-Solve: knowledge of problem resolution techniques and processes
Mitigate Risk: Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimise risk
Partner: partner with teams to determine product quality goals and measurement.
Requirements:
B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA/ BCA in Computer Science or equivalent in 4+ years of experience
Experience with building test strategies, test plan & test prioritisation
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge with API testing & its automation
Experience in SQL or NoSQL databases: selects, joins, inserts and updates
Proficient in verbal & written English (finding the defect is only half the battle, you should also be able to communicate how to reproduce it)
Demonstrated experience in testing micro-services based multi-tiered web applications and complex data-driven applications
Familiar with basic Linux commands
You are self-motivated and keen to learn new technologies
Good to Have:
Experience with automation of test cases with languages like Python & Javascript
Experience of working in a start-up environment is a plus
