Roles and Responsibility:
Manual testing with SQL, Windows application testing
Key Skills
• Exceptional in testing processes and tools to: execute test cases and scripts, analyze test results, report on testing progress and results, facilitate defect resolution, and document final test results to manage testing engagement
• Experience in testing Winform applications
• Proficient in writing SQL queries
• Experience in using ADO for test management activities
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a global team
• BE in Computer Science or relevant education with minimum 4 years experience in manual and winform testing
• Should have extensive experience in SDLC(Water fall, Agile)/STLC and very good understanding of the QA Process, identify process improvement areas and implement it in the project.
• Be involved throughout the project s life cycle. Work closely with the systems teams, project manager and developers.
• Good exposure to data validation
• Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
• Train the junior automation resources, guide and resolve any issues they encounter.
• Perform functional testing in each test phase: unit, systems/ integration and user acceptance testing based on project needs.
• Excellent oral, written communication and cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking.
• Able to adopt to project process and practices as defined
