We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manual Test Engineer with 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end testing processes in utility domain (AMI, Smart Grid, DERs, EMS). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the end-to-end tests to validate the functionality, performance and reliability of our utility solutions through meticulous manual testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of utility industry processes, regulations, and best practices, coupled with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing services.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with a focus on end-to-end testing in the utility domain.
• Knowledge of utility industry processes, regulations, and standards.
• Proven experience in creating and executing comprehensive end-to-end test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies relevant to end-to-end testing in the utility sector.
Technologies:
1. Good cloud technology knowledge including Azure Event Hub, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, etc.
2. Hands on experience in Azure Dev Ops
3. Good knowledge of database and SQL queries to perform data validation.
4. Ability to understand and work with data models relevant to utility domain (AMI, Smart Grid, DERs, EMS).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
