Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance testing strategies, plans, and methodologies for software applications and systems.
Hands-on experience on saucelab real device testing along with Load testing tools Jmeter and or Loadrunner.
Hands-on experience on selenium -Appium is must to develop the UI scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance testing objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Design and execute performance test scenarios, scripts, and data sets that simulate real-world usage patterns and loads.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of test environments, data, and resources required for performance testing.
Monitor and analyse system performance during testing to identify and diagnose performance issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations and implement solutions to optimize application performance, scalability, and response times.
Generate performance test reports and communicate findings, results, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to review and analyse application code, database queries, and infrastructure configurations for performance optimization.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to performance testing and performance engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (HP LoadRunner, Apache JMeter) are a plus.
Proven experience (8+ years) in performance testing of complex, large-scale software applications or systems.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in Saucelabs and selenium Appium.
performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling.
Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools to analyse system behaviour and identify performance bottlenecks.
Solid knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, JavaScript), databases, and server architectures.
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and performance testing in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
