Overall 6+ years of exp (Min 5 yrs into Jmeter performance testing)
1. Experience in understanding project scope & coverting it into performance requirements
2. Expertise on Jmeter performance testing tool (5yrs +)
3. Should be good at performance testing life cycle and e2e processes.
4. Capable of independently working with dev & Biz teams
5. Should be aware of STLC and testing processes
6. Good attitude and communication skills are required
7. Willing to learn and stretch during the ramp-up period as he/she should be hands-on very quickly.
8. Should be flexible to overlap during client hours and weekends if required.
