• Review and analyze software requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases manually to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Partner with all stakeholders to support quality process as a collaborative effort to bring best in class software solution to market.
• Provide feedback on products being tested, work closely with development to resolve product quality issues.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA, Zephyr).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge in testing concepts, test process, test design skills and testing techniques.
• Experience with Test Planning, Test Case creation, Test Case execution & defect tracking.
• Good to have knowledge and working experience on Distribution domain.
• Extensive knowledge on QA tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to deliver test plans and test cases successfully.
• Knowledge on STLC process with deliverable on time and excellent quality.
• Should have a proven record of delivering high quality releases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
• Strong troubleshooting skills and critical thinking.
• Knowledge on Automation Testing is a plus.
• Writing SQL queries is preferred.
• Experience in software testing, with a focus on testing ML models and algorithms is preferred.
• Knowledge on Web, AWS/Cloud based application will be an added advantage.
• Quick learner, self-starter, be proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic.
