Role:
The Senior QA Analyst will be primarily responsible for extensive functional and regression testing and maintaining test suites.
This position will work closely with the development team to improve system productivity, provide support, and report directly to the Test Lead.
Reporting daily progress and roadblocks on time.
Mentor junior members and help them to understand test processes and test deliverables.
Responsibilities:
To create functional test design (Test Scenarios and Test Cases) for manual testing and execute test cases.
To coordinate with multiple teams (Process, Development, QA) for effective Test Cycle Release.
To analyze test results, identify issues, and report bugs.
To participate in test reviews, and defect triage and provide required support and clarifications as needed.
To ensure all testing deliverables and reports are version-controlled and accessible.
Maintaining automated test script and generate reports.
Be a creative thinker who can quickly identify and test for functional ‘edge cases’ outside of expected functionality workflow.

UX Testing
UI Testing

Required Skills:
Candidate should have completed B.E./B.Tech/B.C.A./M.E./M.Tech/, M.C.A/M.C.M/B.C.S/M.C.S from a recognized institute.
A team player with good communication skills and thorough in Manual Testing concepts along with the below requirements.
Experience in Systems Integration Testing and System Testing.
Extensively performed Functional, System, Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing.
Experience in API Testing, Soap UI, and RESTFul Services.
Understanding of SDLC models like Waterfall, and Agile.
Knowledge of testing process and activities (STLC).
Experienced in creating and developing Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Reports, and Defect Reports for Manual tests and Automated tests.
Experience in Defect Tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, HP ALM, HP Quality Center, and JIRA.
Strong skills in test planning/designing/execution and analyzing user requirements as well as writing test cases for usability and UI testing apart from functional testing.
Experience or understanding of US Healthcare concepts, payer, benefit plan, and provider concepts would be a plus.
Ability to excel in the usage of different test management tools.
Experience in maintaining automated test script and generate reports.
Experience:
5+ years of Functional Testing (Manual) experience along with end-to-end application testing.
5+ years of hands-on experience in all types of Black Box Testing (Smoke, Sanity, System, Integration, Regression, UAT).
2+ years of AGILE-Scum experience.
2+ years of experience in testing web-based applications.
Knowledge about the basics of automation using any tool of choice like Selenium Web Driver, QTP, etc would be a plus.
Any testing-related certification will be an added advantage.
Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred and will be an added advantage.
