As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of automation frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to testing.
• Experience in Programming any language, preferably Java, OOPS concepts.
• Experience in API (Web Services) testing, Web, Android and iOS Apps.
• Experience in writing SQL queries and exposure to MySQL DB, Mongo DB(good to have)
• Experience in scripting with any of the language like shell, python, Perl, JavaScript.
• Experience in Eclipse, IntelliJ, JUnit, Maven, TestNG, POI and respective open source tools.
• Experience in Selenium Web Driver and Appium for automation of Web and App.
• Experience in at least two design patterns.
• Experience in Apache, Tomcat and Unix/Linux.
• Experience analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure like AWS, Elastic Search.
• Good to have Jenkins exposure for the CICD pipeline.
• Understands aspects of Agile methodology in terms of Product Quality.
Requirement
• Defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla etc.
• Candidates from Product Organization would be preferred.
• Good to have Security, and Jmeter Performance testing experience.
• Must have good communication skills and should be a good team player with a “go getter" attitude.
• Good to have ISTQB certification.
• Should be from either of B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech background.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and guide junior team members.
