Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
A Comprehensive Knowledge in the field of Test Management, specifically in relation to functional and non-functional testing, preferably holding a software testing foundation qualification.
Rich technology experience and good exposure to latest advancements in Testing - Capable of technical deep-dives into test scenarios, automation framework, bringing innovative solutions to the table
Large scale test program delivery experience
Strong work Experience in test tools/frameworks like BDD/CICD/DevOPs, TestNG, REST ASSURED, Java/Selenium, Cucumber etc.
Ability to influence developers and stakeholders including those who are not in direct reporting line
Strong understanding and experience in automation testing
Experience with relational databases, knowledge of SQL
Experience with agile development methodologies
Familiarity with tools supporting SDLC (Deployment and Continuous Integration – Team City, Nolio, Jenkins; Source Control – Git, Perforce, etc.)
Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
Exceptional analytical skills
Previous experience in investment banking, preferably in a Market Risk environment although other financial services experiences will be considered
