Job Profile:
Planning and executing test plans (functional, performance, regression), supporting the development teams, customers, and other activities in the company's product portfolio.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Collaboration with Product owners and Developers outside India
Work closely with international team members in the Scrum Team
Collaboration with QA and Dev team members in India
Occasional collaboration with Application Engineers
What will you do:
Prepare Test plans – Manual/Automation testing
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
Research and analyze product features being tested.
Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
Provide technical expertise.
Execute Automation and work on Automation development as needed
Collaborate with Development Scrum teams through all stages of Agile development.
Provide application support to the engineering teams working with customers (Application and Project Engineers)
Requirements:
Should be a Mechanical Engineer (Degree) from a recognized University/College with a minimum aggregate of 60%
3-5 years of experience in CAD/CAM software quality assurance, test and integration and a passion for finding bugs.
Previous Manual/Automation testing experience with CAD/CAM software
Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software as an end-user
Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor activities will be an added advantage.
