Job Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience on UI Automation testing OR Mobile application automation testing.
Good understanding of the components of the automation framework used in the projects
Perform manual testing to understand features and architecture of our products.
Work with QA team members and with development teams to ensure proper testing coverage of the module / component
Report software defects in a detailed and efficient manner
Should be able to write reusable methods and contribute to the framework
Should possess sound debugging and troubleshooting skills
Familiar with agile software development cycles
Required Skills:
At least 3+ years of experience of Selenium Webdriver and Java.
At least 2+ years of experience in testing Mobile applications and performed the Apps testing on iPhone, iPad and Android Devices.
Develop automation scripts for Mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms using Appium and Java .
Should have prior knowledge of web technologies, basic web concepts (HTML, webservers)
Should be proficient in one programming language at least
Should have experience on code versioning tools like SVN/Git/Bitbucket etc.
Should be able to write queries on databases like SQL/SQL Server/MySQL etc.
Ability to multitask
Ability to manage shifting priorities.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Independent thinker but good team player
Preferred Skills:
Experience with emphasis on automated testing using tools like REST client (Rest Assured or Karate etc.)
Experience of any performance testing tools is a plus
Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, GCP OR Azure.
