Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough manual testing of our web-based analytic product to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of working of web-servers, browsers to backend integration, working of the databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases.
Design and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to provide valuable input on testability and quality aspects.
Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor junior QA engineers and assist in their professional development.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in QA methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing web-based applications.
Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP and also on Database like MS SQL.
Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Robot Automation framework, Jmeter or related tools
Hands on experience with Azure, AWS or any other public cloud and deployments.
Solid programming skills in languages such as Powershell, C#.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time.
