Responsibilities:
Work with development teams to create and write automated scripts to perform repeatable tasks
Provide technical guidance to junior team members and lead the team if required
Enhance automation framework to support various QA activities
Automate using in-house developed Python/Django framework
Collaborate with cross site development and other teams during creation of new features and test plans
Provide valuable feedback during product design and development phase
Perform testing activities to help measure product quality including execution of test cases and test plans
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in software code encountered by customers or technical support
Perform integration testing and figure out dependencies
Drive, plan and track production deployments for new features/fixes
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer engineering or a related field
Experience: 8 to 10 years of work experience in QA field
Proficiency in Python programming is must
Django knowledge is an added plus
Good knowledge of operation systems and web-based technologies like REST
Basic understanding of security domain is desirable
Self-starter and should be able to work with minimal supervision
Experience in product based development would be a plus
Additional Information
Domain knowledge of cyber security would be an added advantage
