Roles & Responsibilities-
1. To analyse users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
2. To execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
3. To collaborate closely with other QA members & develop effective strategies and test plans.
4. To detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
5. To apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
6. To provide support and involve in documentation.
7. To work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
8. To design and develop automation scripts when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications -
1. 5-7 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience in MYSQL queries and Database testing.
3. Basic automation skills using selenium.
4. Experience in Agile methodology.
5. Good Knowledge in SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life-cycle.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
7. To have great interpersonal and communication skills.
8. To be a critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
