Responsibilities:
Plan and execute tests based on business requirements, develop test plans, test cases, and scripts, and ensure that tests are executed accurately and efficiently for Salesforce implementations.
Identify, report and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Bugzilla, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that code changes do not negatively impact the Salesforce environment
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, and business analysts.
Document and maintain test scripts and results
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features, and make recommendations for improvements to our Salesforce implementation
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce quality assurance, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed
Develop and implement testing strategies and processes for Salesforce implementations
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce QA professionals
Should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
Provide training to end-users on how to use the Salesforce implementation and its features efficiently.
Desired Skills & Competencies
4+ years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance
Certified Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and experience with Salesforce implementations
Exposure working and understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionalities like (but not limited to) Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Permission Sets, Groups, OWD, Triggers, Execution Batches, VisualForce pages, LWC with a thorough understanding of the constraints of the SFDC platform.
Knowledge of Reports and Dashboards. Knowledge of Tableau CRM will be an added advantage.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce QA professionals
Should be proficient in designing and executing various types of testing, such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, to ensure that the Salesforce implementation meets business requirements.
