Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to understand and analyze Enterprise and Technology risk requirements.
Perform testing activities, including functional, regression, and integration testing, to ensure the quality of the implemented GRC solution.
Document test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Debug and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
Conduct API testing to ensure the seamless integration of the GRC solution with other systems.
Participate in scrum meetings and provide regular updates on testing progress and any issues encountered.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the testing process.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and GRC solutions.
Ability to work independently - Manages own work with limited supervision. Provides on-the-job training/support to new team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
Knowledge of enterprise and technology risk management concepts.
Experience with One Trust Privacy / Xceptor / Protegent PTA tool is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
Prior experience working in an Enterprise risk group.
Knowledge of other GRC tools and frameworks.
Experience with One Trust Privacy / Xceptor / Protegent PTA tool is a plus
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Knowledge of cloud computing and security.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of financial services industry regulations.
