As a Senior QA Test Analyst within test automation, you will work in a cross functional product engineering team with highly skilled and experienced Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers.
Your responsibilities will be related to test automation in a DevOps oriented environment for a trading system.
Including such as:
Review functional business requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and test system conformance to agreed requirements.
Create test effort estimates, test plans, test specifications and test reports.
Build Automated Functional test suites on API level.
Implement automated follow up of key metrics to make sure we deliver exceptional quality and focus our testing in the right areas.
Work together with QA personnel for other product teams to plan and build the needed tests to make sure all products work together.
Stay up to date on the latest trend in the QA space.
We expect you to have:
Having 4+years in Automation QA.
Experience in Automation Testing using REST APIs or FIX APIs with Java.
A couple of years' experience from QA and test automation.
You are a multi-skilled, solution-oriented team player with a positive can-do attitude.
You can work cross-functionally and internationally in a fast-changing environment.
In our work, things can change fast, so you are also flexible to changes in priorities.
Knowledge of scripting and programming in Java.
Experience integrating automated tests with a CI/CD pipeline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience working in agile teams either using Scrum or Kanban.
Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
It would be great if you have
Experience in the trading domain or the financial market.
Experience in non-functional tests such as failover tests and performance tests.
Experience in security related testing.
