Plan, develop, and execute tests against application
Participate in daily cross-functional SCRUMs for projects running concurrently.
Develop automated test cases using in-house and third-party tools, enhance existing testing framework
Implement automated solutions for regression, interoperability, stress, and latency testing
Work with developers on improving system testability and creating continuous testing environment
Work with the development team to create and document, and test procedures and tests
Work with Product and business to understand diverse ways in which the application is used to formulate user interaction centric test cases
Set up and maintain a variety of testing environments
Implement and perform change management procedures following company standards
Manage change management plans, team engagement, and communication.
Actively participate in support and defect resolution process
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in quality assurance, system development, and automated testing within financial services technology
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, Java preferred) intending to write and maintain automated tests.
Proven track record of developing and using automation test frameworks and harnesses, experience with test automation tools
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Detail-oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
Able to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure, constantly changing environment; Good sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and independence
