Create a comprehensive testing plan, develop it, and conduct tests for various IT systems within the Licensing and Customer Support of New Product Launches and Data and Analytics domains
Collaborate with IT product owners to create the test strategy, test cases, and test execution plan for IT projects
To perform data-driven testing, determine the necessary test data requirements - Gather information for all potential combinations of test data in a given scenario
Perform testing using manual/automated methods and then communicate any identified defects to the development team
Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Conduct regression testing to detect any recurrences
Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality assurance and present them to relevant parties - Take corrective measures if any discrepancies are identified
Collaborate with the Test automation team to automate test cases - The goal is 90% of the testing will be automated and requires close collaboration between the Quality Engineering, Testing, and Development teams to achieve this in every project release
Your Experience
7+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and test engineering
Must have expert knowledge of Software QA processes, methodologies, analysis, etc.
Experience in testing end-to-end business applications (Salesforce, SAP, Homegrown systems, etc.)
Experience with GCP infrastructure, test/defect management tools, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent military experience required
A Master’s degree is preferred
