Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Design & Maintain Automation Framework and manual test cases
Design & Maintain Load Testing Framework
Flexible to work with cross-functional teams to create great customer experiences and implement high-quality code.
Create & Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports
Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
Contributing to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
Designing, building, maintaining, and coordinating an automated build or release from development to a production environment
Sometimes you will be giving interviews to clients or to internal teams before you get onboarded on a project.
Requirements
3-7+ years of testing experience
Proven track record of delivering high quality, high stake projects in agile environment
Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing efficient testing teams
Good hands-on experience on Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, setting up Testing Environment, Understand business requirement
Well versed in Load/Performance testing using Jmeter
Intermediate expertise in writing SQL queries
Experience with GIT source control and associated plugins is a plus
Knowledge of Test Automation tools - Selenium, OATS, Cypress or any other
Knowledge of Load Automation tools - Jmeter
Good to have:
Agile, Scrum, TDD
Exposure of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps)
Understanding of SonarQube and writing clean code best practices
Experience with risk, compliance and documentation management
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.
Experience with Testrails, Testlink or other Test management tools
