As a Sr. QA, you will be designing and implementing tests, debugging and making corrective actions. You play a vital role in the company’s application development process. You will be responsible for testing the product before launches to ensure that the product is free from errors and reliable.
What You’ll Be Doing
Verifying features and enhancements using black box methodologies
Plan, develop, and implement test strategies and test plans to make sure the product features meet product requirements
Collaborate with Development and other functional teams in all aspects of the product quality in an agile scrum environment
Be an integral part of the team while continuously participating in improving process and test methodologies, execution efficiency, and effectiveness
Design and automate manual and automation test scripts (Selenium Web Driver)
Execute functional, smoke, and regression tests
Execute Performance test using Jmeter and Postman
Execute API test using Postman, Swagger
Execute Mobile Application and Responsive Test (Android, iOS)
Validate fixes of product failures
Work with developers and business analysts to understand functional requirements and their impact on existing test suites
Helping the QA manager to ensure the QA processes are implemented correctly in the projects
Taking the Lead in the creation and refinement of features, and development of the product test automation infrastructures
Identify, isolate, replicate, report, and track issues to closure in an issue tracking system (JIRA)
Track the life cycle of errors
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
What We’d Love To See
5-8 years of work experience in software quality assurance
Experience with Magento Website and Architecture
Experience with both Manual and Automation testing
Experience of creating Automation environment from the scratch
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases experience with a variety of different testing types such as UI Testing, Automated Testing
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in web technologies, software development, and testing using programming languages(Preferably Java)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Github CI/CD or CodeFresh
Knowledge of version control system and experience with GIT
Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress or Appium

Knowledge of Project Management and Jira
ISTQB Certification (CTFL)
