Responsibilities:
Manage team of testing professionals and provide updates to stakeholders
Allocation of tasks to team to manage workload efficiently
Maintenance of admin responsibilities for QuerySurge
Resolve any blockers in QuerySurge for team to proceed ahead
Guide team to develop test plan, test strategies, test scenarios and execute test case as per requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering
Experience
6-10+ years of relevant experience in software and data testing
Technological skills:
Strong knowledge in ETL testing using Big Data/DWH
Strong hands-on testing skills in Bigdata ecosystem i.e., Hbase, hive, Solar
Strong understanding of test data management process and test management tools like QC/ALM and Qtest
Hands-on experience and understanding of FRD, BRD, mapping documents based on requirements
Working knowledge and proven experience in Agile methodology, Azure devops boards and JIRA
Strong knowledge on complex queries such as SQL, HQL
Good knowledge of unix commands
Strong knowledge of QuerySurge is a plus
Working knowledge of Putty and IBM data studio
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio and Access required
Any other technical certification is a plus
