Sapiens is looking for a talented performance and load testing engineer to join our growing team and to take part in the development and execution of the performance campaigns UAT & internal ST using large scale environments.

Desire Experiences:
6+ years’ experience as a performance engineer
2+ years’ experience with JMeter testing tool
Proven experience with object-oriented Java programming language
Experience with design and planning of technical performance and load test plans
Experience with SQL server database. Can right complex queries
Experience with executing and analyzing test scripts using other automated testing tools such as Load Runner/SOAP UI
Experience with different types of performance strategies and tests
Experience with Linux/Unix platforms includes monitoring
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
Experience with AppDynamics APM tool
Experience with analyzing and profiling tools like Dynatrace and Your Kit
Experience with Scalability testing - Advantage
Experience with shell scripting – Advantage
Experience with implementing performance testing as part of CI/CD lifecycles and pipelines – Advantage
Experience with Jenkins, Jira, Git - advantage

Proven experience and understanding of web technologies a plus strong programming, debugging /troubleshooting

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, plan, implement, and maintain performance testing solutions for application
Implement tests using different languages and load tests tools
Analyze system architecture and identify key metrics for establishing performance baseline and SLA
Perform root cause analysis for performance issues
Identify performance tuning opportunities and remediation options
Conduct performance tests, analysis and create test reports summary to enable decisions before releases stability
Troubleshoot and resolve JAVA Memory application server issues, at both, Lab and Customer’s deployments
Coordinate with support team to diagnose performance issues, and provide technical assistance
Develop and execute preemptive monitoring and maintain processes and tools
Define load data model and statistical reports for system performance and capacity
Define Hardware sizing for both SaaS and On-Premise releases
Collaborate closely with Dev and Service organization to communicate findings
Working in non-routine hours
