Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / MCA with Minimum 15 years of formal education
4+ years of relevant experience as a Quality Engineer
Experience in developing test automation or combination of development and test experience using automation tools like Selenium, Webdriver, JUnit, TestNG etc.
Experience automating build processes, application deployments and continuous integration system like Jenkins, GIT
Experience of working in Agile methodologies, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration processes
Exposure to Web services Testing (SOAP and REST) and automating those
Knowledge of Database Testing, JCL and SQL
Knowledge on Performance Testing and Monitoring tools like HP Load Runner, JMeter, CompuWare DynaTrace, Red Gate ANTS Performance Profiler etc.
Proficient with developer tools, such as Eclipse and git/GitHub for developing on the Java stack
Good communication and presentation skills
Problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, and to think with a medium term and long-term perspective
Passion for continuing education and improving code quality through interaction with Development team
Skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in running different kinds of performance tests like Load, Stress, Endurance etc.
Experience of healthcare domain
