Primary Responsibilities:
Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of varying size
Perform testing on various software and reporting systems
Identify and facilitate issue resolution with functional and technical groups
Manage software test programs
Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
Analyzes and investigates
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience
Previous experience as a QA engineer
High-level analytical skills
Strong knowledge of data architecture concepts
Strong knowledge of database concepts
Strong knowledge of MS-SQL/Oracle database and PL/SQL
Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics concepts
Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
Ability to review work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
