Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Create and enhance automated test frameworks using Selenium for regression, functional tests for evolving project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and contribute to automation test planning.
Implement best practices for Selenium automation, including page object models and parallel test execution
Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
Participate in test automation framework design and implementation to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation, incorporating innovative practices into the QA process
Troubleshoot and debug automated test scripts to identify and address issues promptly.
Responsible for the creation and execution of detailed Test cases to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s in computer science (or equivalent) with 4 to 7 years of experience in engineering, information systems or IT industry.
Experience working with Selenium(Java): 4-7 Years
Functional/Blackbox testing experience: 4-7 Years
Automation scripting experience in Selenium-Java
Automation framework design and maintenance
Experience in working on Jenkins
Experience working in agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
Strong analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience in testing Web Applications is a must have
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
Designing comprehensive test cases
Good knowledge of software development lifecycle
Good knowledge of software testing lifecycle
Experience in working with an onsite/offshore model, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams
Additional Skills that are a plus:
Additional proficiency in Python scripting language
Experience with Docker for creating, deploying, and managing containers to facilitate consistent testing environments
Marketing business domain knowledge - added plus
