Responsibilities:
Design, development, and execution of functional and regression testing plans based on software requirements and technical specifications
Responsible for developing ADHOC scripts, manual scripts as well as automated tests to improve reliability and repeatability of frequently run software tests
Plan and monitor execution of the test case and report/ triage/ track defects, define severity and priority for each defect with scrum team
Responsible for defects tracking and bug management during whole software development cycle.
Manage and report project activities to project team and stakeholders
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, internal and external customers
Detect issues / failures so that defects may be reproducible and corrected
Conduct formal test case review sessions with project team and incorporate feedback

Requirements
BS/MS degree in a relevant field: Computer Science, Information System, or engineering related area
At least 5 to 7 years of experience developing test plans and manually executing test cases for Web based application as well as mobile applications
At least 3 years’ experience working in Software Quality Assurance or other areas of the SDLC to test Windows-based and/or Linux-based GUI systems
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
Knowledge of multiple test methods: exploratory, unit, acceptance, functional, systems, integration
Proven knowledge of internet protocols, web proxies, caching and other web related fundamentals
Experience writing codes in at least one modern scripting language (like Python, javascript) to implement automated testing; experience with Worksoft is preferred and a plus
Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
Excellent problems solving skills, ability to coordinate with different local and global teams
Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to technical quality assurance as a key part of the software development cycle
Willingness to work cross-functionally with other teams to make all deployments seamless
Strong SQL verification skills is preferred
Experience working in an agile environment is preferred
Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, MS Visio, Confluence, Jira, Valgenesis, Splunk, ServiceNow
Experience with Salesforce, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, B2B marketplaces is a plus
