Responsibilities:
Execute programs and automated scripts for testing purposes
Develop automation scripts to align with acceptance criteria
Functional test new products and regression test existing products during each QA release cycle
Assist with the testing, documenting, defect tracking and information flow during each QA cycle
Assist with development of new automation tools and maintaining existing automation tools
Gain proficient knowledge of system functionality
Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement to help streamline the development life cycle
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and discuss about the defects with details with the development team
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience in software domain
At least 2 years of Java programming experience
At least 2 years of experience creating and maintaining test tooling
At least 2 years of experience with QA or performance engineering
At least 2 years of experience testing cloud native software
B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT or related field.
AWS Certified Developer – Associate
Exposure to CI/CD tooling, especially CircleCI
Experience with microservice architectures
Hands on experience querying data
Preferred Technical Skills:
Testing cloud native solutions
Knowledge in –
TestOps theory and best practices
Testing in high velocity delivery systems
Synthetic transaction testing
Test Driven Development
Cloud native software testing
High level familiarity in –
Application Monitoring
Continuous Software Delivery
Full Stack Serverless Web Application Delivery
AWS Management, Security, Scalability, Reliability, Cost Optimisation
