Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, You will:
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
Own the QA Test completion, in alignment with our release schedules
Support the Business with creation of UAT Test cases, support/guide Business with UAT
Identify, record, document the issues found (bugs) thoroughly and track through resolution
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Monitor debugging process results.
Investigate the root causes of non-conforming software.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Required Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work/technical experience.
3-5 years’ experience working in a Quality Assurance Engineer role.
Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
Experience testing applications developed in Salesforce and/or CPQ technology.
Strong experience / demonstrated success releasing high quality products.
Web services testing experience (Postman and JSON preferred).
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.

Experience with CI/CD Platforms (e.g., Flosom, Jenkins).
Test Automation experience.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment with diverse/ multiple stakeholders.
