Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, with a focus on product testing.
2. Experience in Automation Testing, preferably with a strong understanding of Python-based automation frameworks.
3. Solid understanding of fintech products and services.
4. Full-stack QA experience, including Web and native app testing, API testing, Backend testing, Database testing, cloud testing, and performance testing.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Testing(Must Have): Conduct thorough functional (manual) testing of Q2's fintech products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
2. Automation Testing(Must Have): Develop and execute automated test scripts, with a preference for Python-based automation frameworks. Automation skills are essential for this role.
3. Full-Stack QA(Must Have): Demonstrate proficiency in testing across the entire technology stack, including Web and native app testing, API testing, Backend testing, Database testing, cloud testing, and performance testing.
4. Fintech Expertise(Good To Have): Leverage your understanding of fintech products and services to identify potential quality issues and ensure the optimal performance of our financial solutions.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies within the Engineering Team.
