Design, implement and closely manage application and software testing processes
Manage manual and automated testing and problem-solving techniques as an integrated part of our development process
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using a variety of technologies
Ensure software deployments meet all pre-defined requirements and are entirely functional upon release
Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
Collaborate with fellow software QA leads to develop test plans and new approaches for seeking out bugs and exploits in end-user-facing applications
Work closely with developers and product owners to ensure timely resolution to all QA-related considerations and concerns
Review business requirements and acceptance criteria to provide timely and meaningful feedback during the development life cycle
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and scrum teams
Identify, record, and document all QA and bug tracking activities
Help train team members on QA processes and technologies
Coordinate UAT activities with product owners and UAT testers as needed
Track and report on multiple quality assurance metrics
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in tools and process
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
You will constantly be working with colleagues in different departments. It is imperative that you have excellent communication and people skills.
You must have 5+ years of proven work experience in software quality assurance
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge and experience in agile testing methodologies, Software Testing Life Cycle, Types of Testing and Bug Lifecycle.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Demonstrable hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Jira, Xray and the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with ServiceNow is an extreme plus
