Job Description

Oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance including establishing, applying industry best practices in developing new tools and processes to ensure continuous improvement of QA Process/efficiency.
Delivering projects in Global delivery model using agile and customer focused quality practices.
Collaborate with other teams within the quality organizations as well as cross functional stakeholders in development, product management and program management office.
Drive ROI for all of engagement.
Provide stakeholder management and manage the global delivery.
Provide constructive feedback, and would like to Coach vs. Play.
Empower people and help employees realize their strengths to achieve more.
Leadership Advocacy with business & IT stakeholders: Be a strong proponent of the ideas and thought leadership to represent the team and project on management and exec meetings, collect metrics (ROI, KPIs, etc.) and business processes involved behind the programs and articulate it well to mgmt.
Create People & Tech Leadership Pipeline: Nurture development of talent into strategic roles both on technology and strategic management.
Drive a Culture of Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation and drive as an example.
Encourage the team to participate in experimentation, hackathons, coding events and other org wide events and efforts.
Vendor Management: Manage vendors on the ARTs or Non ART programs/domain teams.
Manage and track the budgets and financials.

You’ll need to have:
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience in software testing and managerial role.
Experience with Automation tools UI, API, Web & Mobile applications (native app & mobile version).
Experience designing hybrid automation frameworks, Devops and cloud technologies.
Experience in Agile (SAFe/Scrum) delivery management.

Even better if you have:
Problem Solving: Ability to respond to tight timelines, strong expertise in crisis management, skilled at solving problems with creative solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Experience & knowledge in AI/ML, Chatbots
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Telecom Network Domain and Network OSS solutions.
Certifications, Industry recognitions, Patents & Papers.
