Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for the Salesforce application.
Perform functional, regression and system integration testing, while supporting UAT, ensuring adherence to business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
Create and maintain the Salesforce test data consistently for the entire application.
Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues that have been raised.
Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform updates and best practices, incorporating them into testing methodologies.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a QA role.
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
Hands-on experience in writing detailed test cases, creating test data, executing tests, and logging defects.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, including its best practices, functionalities, and how to incorporate them into testing methodologies.
Experience testing web service APIs and using API testing tools like Postman.
Ability to learn new frameworks and systems quickly.
